Fajita Fiesta - Chronicling Home

Fajita Fiesta

4:00:00 AM

It's Tuesday and I'm a Texas girl, so that calls for fajitas for dinner! It is such a quick and easy dinner to make when you are crunched for time! I learned this recipe from my momma and have adapted it here and there. The recipe requires only a few ingredients and you can spice it up with how you make a fajita! Vamanos!

Ingredients
  • Chicken breasts
  • Flour or corn tortillas
  • Bell peppers
  • Salt and Pepper for Taste
  • Taco toppings

1. Cut up the peppers into strips and put into the cast iron skillet

2. Cook the chicken until it is no longer pink and the peppers have a nice grilled appearance. Add salt and pepper for taste.

3. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds in between damp paper towels.
4. Top with whatever you want to your heart's content! I love cheese, sour cream, and tomatoes!

Make sure to set the table with your favorite Fiesta dinnerware! I love a gorgeous colored plate with a fun printed accent plate! It makes the entire table look so chic!

I hope you try this recipe out and enjoy a mini weekday fiesta! Nothing is better than an easy dinner and a beautiful table! Shop my favorite Fiesta essentials to create one in your own homes!
