Valentine's Cocktails

4:00:00 AM

It's finally the most fun and loving week of the year and I couldn't be more excited! I love Valentine's Day and all the adorable things that come along with it! To start of the cutest week of the year, I am sharing the best cocktails to celebrate Valentine's Day!

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade

Ingredients
  • 12 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 liter (33.8 oz) sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Fresh mint and ice, for serving
Directions
Place raspberries in a food processor and pulse until well pureed. Force raspberry puree through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
In a large pitcher (if you don't have one large enough you may need two) whisk together water and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Pour in honey and mix until blended. Stir in raspberry mixture and lemon juice then pour in club soda and stir once. Serve with ice and fresh mint.
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for garnish)
3-4 ounces Pearl Red Berry Vodka (or your favorite quality vodka)
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (plus lemon slices for garnish)
1/4 cup lemon lime soda
4 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Muddle raspberries with sugar. Press through a wire mesh strainer to remove seeds. Press the berries down to release as much juice as possible.
  2. Mix raspberry puree, vodka, soda, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
  3. Pour and serve! Garnish with lemons and raspberries if desired.
  4. Cheers!

Ingredients

Cotton Candy
Champagne
St. Germain liquor

Directions

Place a piece of cotton candy inside your glass. Next, Add a splash of St. Germain. Finish off by filling to the top with Champagne.

My favorite of these is the Cotton Candy cocktail. It's such a cutesy and delicious mix on a cocktail! Hope these inspire you to have a great Valentine's Week!
